iii. Custom-made or personalized items.
iv. Downloadable software, digital goods, and gift cards.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
a. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order, providing relevant details and accompanying photographs and videos if possible.
b. We may require the return of the damaged or defective product, in which case we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a pickup.
c. Damaged items need to be returned unused in its original packaging.
d. Upon verification, we will either replace the product or issue a refund.
