4. Shipping & Order Finalization Policy

Once an order has been processed, packaged, and handed off to the shipping carrier, it is considered final and can no longer be modified, canceled, or refunded.

  • No Cancellations After Shipment
    Orders cannot be canceled once they have been packaged and dispatched. Our fulfillment process begins quickly to ensure fast delivery, and we are unable to recall or stop shipments once they are in transit.
  • No Refunds for In-Transit Orders
    We do not offer refunds for orders that have already been shipped. Customers must wait until the item is delivered before requesting any further assistance.
  • Shipping Responsibility
    Once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines and any delays are the responsibility of the carrier. While we will assist in tracking and communication, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
  • Incorrect Shipping Information
    It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Refused or Undeliverable Packages
    If a package is refused or returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, any applicable return shipping or restocking fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
